The Cooking Studio is a place for amateur cooks, corporate teams, kids, couples, and even aspiring bakers to learn, explore, and unleash their inner chef. Led by a great group of local chefs, classes are offered for every level of cooking skill.
Starting spring of 2018, through our ProTraining program, classes are available for restaurant and food service workers on food safety, managing staff and other important food retail topics.

The Pig and the Plow is a pro-active digital resource for local food sources in Northern Colorado, Boulder and Denver. Our membership has access to a curated online farm and ranch directory which includes farmer's markets and farm stands, a bi-monthly digital magazine From the Field, and personalized support and education for sourcing local food. In 2017/2018 we will be expanding to include an experiential learning curriculum, purchasing clubs and new ways to connect producers and consumers.
